How to Use Your Wine Tasting Notebook
This pocket-sized wine journal is designed for ease of use.  Each page features a unique flavour wheel for recording your impressions.  The wheel features scales for every key feature of the wine.  If you follow the wheel it will help you to take systematic approach to wine tasting.  Firstly, look at the sweetness.  Then notice the balance, the body, tannins, nose and finish.   Finally take a note of the flavours and the aromas.  There is also a colour meter for recording the look of the wine as well as a space for giving the wine a star rating.  You can use the extra space for any additional notes.
