Shipping Policy for UK Orders

We ship all UK orders over £30 by Royal Mail first class at £3.90. Delivery within the UK should be within 1 – 2 working days. However, sometimes orders do go missing in transit. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days then do get in touch. We will investigate and where necessary send out a replacement.

Postage for UK orders over £50 is free.

We also offer express next day delivery at £8.00. If this option is not immediately obvious on the website and you need your order urgently do get in touch and we will do our best to help.

International Orders

Please note: We are currently working to offer international shipping to Europe, the United States and beyond. This is not currently offered as standard on our website. If you are not based in the UK and would like to place an order then get in touch direct with lucy@topnotedesign.co.uk and we will try to help.
