Shipping Policy for UK Orders

Delivery within the UK should be within 3-4 working days. We use Royal Mail, Evri and other couriers. However, sometimes orders do go missing in transit. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days then do get in touch. 

We also offer express next day delivery at £8.00. If this option is not immediately obvious on the website and you need your order urgently do get in touch and we will do our best to help.

International Orders

Please note: This is not currently offered as standard on our website. If you are not based in the UK and would like to place an order then get in touch direct with lucy@topnotedesign.co.uk and we will try to help.
