Refund policy

Returns

We hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept a return from you according to the following policy. You may return an item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.   After 14 days we will no longer accept returned items. 

If you are not happy with your order then let us know. Please wrap it carefully and return it to us in the original packaging. As soon as we receive it we will issue you with a full refund. Our returns address is : Top Note Design, 11 Colet Gardens, London, W14 9DH.
