Sulphites are added to wine to help preserve it and to slow the chemical reactions which cause wine to go bad. Some of us are sensitive to them, some accuse them of altering the taste of the wine.
Üllo works with any still wine to filter sulphites the moment their job is done and as well as removing the sulphites Üllo will aerate your wine as well.
