Corkpops uses a low pressure inert gas to remove the cork from the bottle of wine.
It is incredibly straightforward. Firstly, to remove the foil you place the base of the needle guard around the bottle. Then squeeze the foil cutter and twist the bottle. The next thing you want to do is to take the cork out. Hold the Wine Opener in an upright position over the cork and insert the needle into the cork. Do not press the cartridge yet. Once you have completely inserted the needle into the cork press your thump down on top of the cartridge. Lift gently and the cork will pop out like magic. Finally, you just twist the cork anti-clockwise to remove the cork from the opener.
The cartridge in your Corkpops Wine Opener will need to be replaced from time to time. It comes packaged with one cartridge which will open between 60-80 bottles.
